We love to back scrappy self-funded searchers and independent sponsors looking to buy businesses using traditional (SBA) and non-traditional leverage. We are comfortable investing as little as $25,000, and as much as $500,000.

We have a particular interest and high degree of risk tolerance for investments (even the messy ones) with the following criteria:

• $250k-$1m in EBITDA

• Less than 5 employees

• High contribution margin, low churn, recurring revenue (software or non-software)
